New Home, New Website Address (URL)

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday! I want to take a moment to thank you for participating in our recent survey about the site’s name, Pick Nick’s Brain. As you can tell, we’ve moved to a new home! We are now The Baby Sleep Site™ located at http://www.babysleepsite.com.
We’re very excited about this change. We know that not everyone will agree with the change, but the survey results were loud and clear that a change would probably enable us to reach many more tired parents, which is the sole purpose of the site. It wasn’t just to be found better in search engines, but also to avoid confusion about what the site is all about. We also hope it’s easier for you to pass along to friends and family, without us getting lost in the crowd.
We’ve added a splash of color to the site and we hope you love it as much as we do! Please take some time to peruse the site and give us any feedback for a chance to win a $25 Target Gift Card just by commenting below, just in time for holiday shopping.

The move has gone very smoothly and any bookmarks or favorites you have will redirect to the same location on babysleepsite.com. We have also added a new page with the links to all of the sample schedules (also found on the main menu under “Articles” above). There is one complication in the move and that’s if you are a member, please make sure you update your bookmark or favorite to be the new location: http://members.babysleepsite.com because the redirect takes you around and around.
As always, I want to thank you for your continued participation in The Baby Sleep Site™ community (formerly Pick Nick’s Brain)! Please be patient as we find and fix all references to Pick Nick’s Brain, but we appreciate any alerts to problems ASAP.

Great looking new site Nicole!!
Just one thing – when I came in, I got a popup and it was really hard to find the close button (X) on the popup. Perhaps improve that a bit?

ah, a name change – I wasn’t part of the survey, but that was a smart move. it’s hard to move away from your original name, I’m sure, but I agree with the switch! In the logo, The Baby Sleep Site is very clean and easy to read, but the subheading is a bit harder. Maybe because it’s lighter and smaller, but still all caps in a serifed font? That’s just a little feedback for you.

I think the new name is great! This wll help more people find the help that they need. The name goes along well with what most most people could type into a search engine. So that means much quicker in locating this site. This site is the same great info as ever.

Thank you so much for your site! I recently found it after so much stress about my baby’s sleep at 4 months and realized that everything is right on track. Everything I was reading made me think that she should be sleeping on more of a schedule and for longer intervals. I can’t tell you how relieved I feel.

BTW, your new site name is perfect and should help others find you much easier.

You have been such a great support system for me in my quest for better sleep for my daughter, and the new site and name are great! Will absolutely help more and more exhausted parents to find you, and get them closer to that dream we all have of sleeping better!!!

This is a great site -and was easy to locate on the net. I was also wondering if you have any sleep tips for toddlers-mine is 2 1/2 and recently, has been waking up wanting milk, almost every nite!
