Constructive criticism, eh? Not easy as your site is great...

On the home page, I think maybe the highlights could be written somehow flashier, like the recent and featured posts texts could be darker to call attention to those different areas you are highlighting...

Did that make sense at all???

Thanks!!!

Oh how I wish I would have stumbled upon your site when my son was around 8-9 months old. You could have helped saved some stress/tears/anxiety issues. I am definitely bookmarking you as a favorite!

I'd love to win. My 6 month old sleeps through the night, mostly, but everyone I know keeps telling me that's going to change, which terrifies me!

I am so glad I found your site! My 9 month old boy is basically an angel during the day, but fights sleep like crazy and is up around 4 times a night. We've got the routine going, but it was great to read your sleep training posts and see what things we, as parents, have been doing to actually prevent him from sleeping. As for constructive advice for your site, I would like to see more on night wakings....is the methodology the same as it would be for inital bedtime? What are reasons that a child might wake up often in the night? Is there a difference between random wakings and that 3 am cry that you could set a clock by? Sigh...I guess you can tell I've been all over the internet searching for solutions. To close, it was really comforting to read your last entry for sleep training and to see that sometimes you actually have tried it all and CIO has become your only remaining option, and that still doesn't make you a bad parent.

i really really liked "five ways". it really makes sense to me. i've been immersing myself in weissbluth and often feel confused since it seems like it contradicts itself. "five ways" is written in a way that seems to make it all really click for me. i noticed in the notes at the end that you also hold a weekly chat...never realized that.

this is all so very helpful in my sleep deprived world. now to figure out how to break the sleep associations i've been creating in my 3.5 mo old.
