When Nicole’s eldest son was a baby, he had a lot of sleep problems. “Sleep like a baby?” she’d say. “Yeah, right. You had better hope your baby never sleeps like mine did! He would wake up every one or two hours, all night long. I had to do so much to get him through the night.”
It was after solving her son’s sleep issues that Nicole became an infant and toddler sleep coach. By poring through all of the key literature and scientific reports, she developed a working knowledge of the many sleep methods, scheduling routines, baby’s development needs and more. She overcame her son’s sleeping issues in a way that complemented her own parenting style, and after such a happy success, she knew it was her mission to help other tired parents “find their child’s sleep.”
Nicole has helped countless families through her website, e-books, and personalized consulting services. More than 28,000 parents visit her site each month.
She provides parents with realistic, targeted advice that works for each family’s unique situation. There is never a one-size-fits-all approach, nor does she pass judgment on any family’s parenting philosophy. Her thoughtful, thorough, and firm approach makes her a savior for sleep deprived families everywhere.
Nicole is married and the mother of two boys, 4 years and nearly 2 years old. She has a B.A. degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Ohio State University. She also received an honorary degree in “Surviving Sleep Deprivation,” thanks to her son’s “no sleep” curriculum.
