		<description>@Sarah Thank you for your comment! My 1st son also *had* to stay on schedule, but became a bit more flexible as he got a little older. All in all, though, he&#039;s still sensitive to his sleep and we must keep him rested.

		<description>I put my daughter on a schedule around 8-9 months. I found that it was the only way to get her to sleep regularly! Before that I waited for sleepy signs which she never demonstrated, so a schedule worked out much better for us. It took lots of trial and error before we found one that worked, but it was worth it. We still have to stick to her schedule at 22 months or she gets messed up.</description>
