Remember, if you already have a completed Express Sleep Plan®, then this upgrade option isn’t for you – the full upgrade is intended for those people who are not able to use their Express Sleep Plan® due to their chid’s age, certain medical concerns, etc.
So, what should you do next? Here are some options:
- If you have a completed Express Sleep Plan® that is less than 30 days old, and are interested in getting personalized help from a consultant, please take a look at these upgrade package options, designed for people who have finished Express Sleep Plans®.
- If your Express Sleep plan® is more than 30 days old, and you feel that you need personalized sleep coaching help, we invite you to purchase one of our personalized consulting packages – available in both e-mail and phone options.
- Not sure if your Express Sleep Plan® is complete or not? Or maybe you’ve lost your plan, and need the link? No problem – simply log in to the Helpdesk, click the Express Sleep Plan® button at the top right, and you should be able to find your Express Sleep Plan® link there.
