    Any particular brand you would recommend? I get my probiotics mainly from yogurt and kefir.

      Thanks for reading! Yogurt and kefir are a great (and delicious) place to start with getting probiotics. I would recommend visiting your doctor to get a specific recommendation on what would be best for you. 🙂
