When the Helpdesk is closed, that means replies are sent when we reopen in order of receipt, with unlimited packages getting priority. Unlimited packages end dates will be adjusted accordingly. Although we strive to return to our normal turnaround time, there may be a small delay in the first few days of reopening. We encourage you to start your ticket early and add on to it as you see fit, rather than wait. Keep in mind that even though the Helpdesk may be closed, you can still submit a ticket on any day we are closed and it will be entered in the queue and assigned a response date when we reopen.
