This e-guide should take about 10-15 minutes to read and will walk you through the night-weaning process using a step-by-step approach that has been most successful in our experience with our tens of thousands one-on-one clients. Six different plans are included, three for breastfeeding babies/toddlers and three for formula-feeding babies/toddlers. If your child is fed a combination (i.e. one (or more) feeding with formula and then breastfed at other times), this will work for you, too!
