Don’t Sleep, Be Fat…Maybe
Time Magazine reported that a Harvard study (http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/healthy-weight/sleep/index.html) just concluded that too little sleep in babies and toddlers might be linked to obesity.
