In speaking with clients, I tend to see two types of parents. One type tends to have a mindset something like "Sleep has been bad this long, what's another month or two?" and they are fine with a slower process and expect it to take awhile before their baby sleeps better. The other type is more like "I'm at the end of my rope. I can't take this anymore. Please help me TODAY!"
