Schedules vary from family to family. And, some parents want a rigid schedule while others like to be flexible. From newborns to babies to toddlers, putting your child on a schedule can be challenging.
Newborns need 15-16 hours of sleep while babies tend to get around 14 hours of sleep. Toddlers need 13-14 hours of sleep while preschoolers need 12-13 hours.
