Your 10 month old baby is probably a “solids pro” by now! He’s tackled all kinds of tastes and textures, and has started enjoying some real meals. By 10 months, your baby will be ready to start eating more and more table food. You can start chopping or slicing the foods you’re eating at mealtime and offering them to your baby (provided the foods you’re eating aren’t too crunchy or chewy, and aren’t allergenic.) Infant cereal starts become less a part of your baby’s diet at 10 months. Instead, you can start to offer your 10 month old baby other types of grains, like bread, crackers, and pasta.
